高(gao)速鐵路的(de)(de)建設(she)分為“站前工程(cheng)”和(he)“站后(hou)工程(cheng)”。路基、橋涵、隧道、軌道簡(jian)稱(cheng)(cheng)“站前”工程(cheng),其余(yu)簡(jian)稱(cheng)(cheng)“站后(hou)”工程(cheng)。“站后(hou)工程(cheng)”中信(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)數(shu)字化(hua)系統(也稱(cheng)(cheng)智能化(hua)系統)的(de)(de)建設(she),包括(kuo)四電(dian)(dian)(通(tong)信(xin)、信(xin)號(hao)、電(dian)(dian)力、電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua))系統集成和(he)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)系統。
高速鐵路綜合視頻監控系統
視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)分為(wei)兩(liang)部(bu)分:一(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)分稱為(wei)“綜(zong)合視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”,一(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)分稱為(wei)“CCTV監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”。“綜(zong)合視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”作為(wei)“通(tong)信系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”內“通(tong)信業(ye)務網”的一(yi)(yi)(yi)個子(zi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),負責車站(zhan)(zhan)重點部(bu)分(咽喉區(qu)),區(qu)間(jian)公跨鐵區(qu)段,通(tong)信、信號機(ji)房(fang)內,牽引供(gong)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)力供(gong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)房(fang)內、外等的監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong):CCTV監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”作為(wei)“信息系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”內“旅(lv)客(ke)服務系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”的一(yi)(yi)(yi)個子(zi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),采用網絡化的視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),實現(xian)車站(zhan)(zhan)內候車室、站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)、進站(zhan)(zhan)大(da)廳、站(zhan)(zhan)前廣場、進站(zhan)(zhan)咽喉等處圖像監(jian)(jian)視(shi)(shi)。兩(liang)者分開(kai)建設(she)(she),但緊密(mi)相關,CCTV監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)僅配置前端(duan)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),后端(duan)顯示(shi)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)服務器(qi)、視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)存儲(chu)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)管理(li)等設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)由四(si)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)集成項目中(zhong)的綜(zong)合視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)考慮。
目前(qian)在鐵(tie)路(lu)系統(tong)中常(chang)提到“綜(zong)合監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)”,涵蓋了機(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)(fang)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)和防災安全監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)等內(nei)容。例如青(qing)藏鐵(tie)路(lu)的綜(zong)合監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包含了網絡傳(chuan)輸系統(tong)、機(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)(fang)環境監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、出入口入侵監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)、實(shi)時(shi)(shi)視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、光纖在線監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)及資(zi)源管理、鐵(tie)路(lu)風(feng)環境監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)、轉轍(che)機(ji)(ji)(ji)加熱控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制。機(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)(fang)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括動力(li)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(對機(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)(fang)內(nei)的常(chang)規(gui)動力(li)設(she)備,如市電(dian)、配電(dian)柜、發電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、UPS、蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)組等實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong))、環境監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(對機(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)(fang)空調(diao)、溫濕度、漏水、新風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)等實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong))、安全監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(對門禁、視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)、防盜、消防等系統(tong)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong))。
防(fang)災安(an)全(quan)監(jian)控是對危(wei)及(ji)鐵路運輸安(an)全(quan)的自然災害(風(feng)、雨、雪等(deng))及(ji)異物侵(qin)限等(deng)突發危(wei)害進行監(jian)測,并提供(gong)經處理后的災害預(yu)警信(xin)息(xi)、限速信(xin)息(xi)或(huo)停運信(xin)息(xi)等(deng),為運營(ying)調度中心(xin)運行計劃調整、下達行車(che)管制、搶(qiang)險救援、維修提供(gong)依(yi)據,以保證列車(che)安(an)全(quan)正(zheng)點、高(gao)效、舒(shu)適。
目(mu)前國(guo)內(nei)外(wai)高速(su)鐵路(lu)建設中對(dui)異物(wu)侵限的監(jian)(jian)控,主(zhu)要以紅外(wai)對(dui)射探測(ce)(ce)器和電(dian)網(wang)傳感器為主(zhu),視頻(pin)監(jian)(jian)控為輔的方式,我國(guo)已經開通運行(xing)的京津(jin)城際高速(su)鐵路(lu)落(luo)物(wu)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)采(cai)用(yong)單電(dian)網(wang)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)方式,同時(shi)(shi)輔助視頻(pin)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)對(dui)現場狀況進行(xing)確認。在沿線5座公跨鐵橋兩側金(jin)屬防護網(wang)上(shang)(shang)安(an)裝單電(dian)網(wang)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)電(dian)纜,當(dang)有落(luo)物(wu)附(fu)落(luo)到防護網(wang)上(shang)(shang)切斷(duan)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)電(dian)纜回(hui)路(lu)時(shi)(shi),防災安(an)全(quan)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)就發(fa)出報警,所(suo)以防災安(an)全(quan)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)與綜合(he)視頻(pin)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的概(gai)念(nian)不能等(deng)同,不可混(hun)淆
